Care	Instructions
General	Keep your T-shirts, sweatshirts and jumpers looking their best by following the garment’s care label.
Wash	Turn inside out and machine wash at 30°C with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach.
Dry	Air dry where possible. Reshape knitted jumpers and dry flat. Tumble dry on low only if the care label allows.
Iron	If needed, iron inside out on a low setting. Do not iron directly over prints or embellishments.
Store	Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

1. RETURNS

If you change your mind about an eligible item purchased online, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to your statutory rights and the conditions below.

After notifying us that you wish to return an eligible item, you should return the item within 14 days.

To be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return, the item should be:

• Unworn, other than reasonable handling to check the item.
• Unwashed.
• In its original condition.
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair or other damage.
• Returned with original tags attached where applicable.

Please take reasonable care of products while they are in your possession.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these conditions.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Before returning an item, please contact the All Faith Inspired Customer Service Team using the contact details provided on our website.

Please provide:

• Your full name.
• Order number.
• Item you wish to return.
• Reason for the return.
• Photographs where the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

We will provide you with the relevant return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to an address shown on a shipping label unless we have confirmed that it is the correct returns address.

3. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Where you have a legal right to cancel an online purchase, you may notify us within the applicable cancellation period.

For eligible orders, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably would in a shop. However, where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

4. PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Certain products may not qualify for a change-of-mind cancellation or return where they have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This may include clothing individually customised with a customer's:

• Name.
• Initials.
• Personal message.
• Custom wording.
• Bespoke design requested specifically by the customer.

This exception does not remove your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract.

A standard product being produced or printed after an order is placed does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights simply because it is made to order. Any applicable exception will be assessed according to UK consumer law.

5. ITEMS THAT CANNOT NORMALLY BE RETURNED

Subject to your statutory rights, we may be unable to accept certain change-of-mind returns, including:

• Clearly personalised or bespoke products where the legal exception applies.
• Items that have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
• Items that have been washed or altered.
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or failure to take reasonable care.
• Certain sealed goods where applicable, if they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery.

Nothing in this section affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

6. WRONG, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the problem where appropriate.

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will advise you of the appropriate next steps.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include a:

• Replacement.
• Repair, where appropriate.
• Partial refund.
• Full refund.

We will not require you to bear return costs where goods need to be returned because they are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied and the law requires us to cover those costs.

7. INCORRECT SIZE

Please check the size guide provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

If you order the wrong size and the item is otherwise eligible for return, you may request a return in accordance with this policy.

Where you are returning a correctly supplied item because you selected the wrong size, you may be responsible for the return postage costs, subject to your statutory rights.

If we sent you a different size from the one you ordered, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.

8. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item where this has been communicated as required by law.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before arranging the return so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

9. REFUNDS

Once your return has been received, we will inspect it and process any refund due.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made to the original payment method.

For valid statutory cancellations, refunds will be made within the timescales required by applicable UK consumer law.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account after we have processed it.

10. ORIGINAL DELIVERY CHARGES

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel an entire eligible order, we will refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we may only be required to refund the cost equivalent to our standard delivery service.

Different rules may apply to partial returns or returns that are not made under a statutory cancellation right.

11. EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour or design, please contact us to find out whether an exchange is available.

Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Where direct exchanges are not available, you may need to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

12. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Purchasing an item during a sale or promotion does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Eligible sale items may be returned in accordance with this policy unless a lawful exception applies.

Refunds for returned sale items will be based on the amount actually paid for the item, subject to applicable law.

13. GIFTS

If an item was purchased as a gift, any refund will normally be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please contact us if you require assistance with a gift return.

14. LOST RETURN PARCELS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that change-of-mind returns reach the designated return address.

For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

If we provide a prepaid return service, please follow the instructions supplied.

15. REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED DELIVERIES

If an order is returned to us because delivery was refused, it was not collected, or incorrect delivery information was supplied, please contact us.

Any refund or redelivery will be handled according to the circumstances of the order, applicable delivery costs and your statutory rights.

16. YOUR UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances, relevant legislation may include the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where your statutory rights provide greater protection than this policy, your statutory rights will apply.
